Located at 77 W. Huron, this existing rental high-rise was updated inside and out. Serving as interior design consultants, our scope included interior finish selections for the new leasing office, remodeled party room, lounge, indoor pool and locker rooms, unit upgrades and remodeled corridors, as well as design and procurement of furniture and art for the office and all common spaces. Valerio Dewalt Train Associates was the architect.
