100 EAST HURON

Located steps from Michigan Avenue, this high rise condominium epitomized 1990’s style. Although the common area finishes had been beautifully maintained, there was a consensus that they overall look and feel needed a refresh for today’s market. SLH approached the building update in two phases, first being the residential corridors in the tower. New carpeting, paint and accessories outfitted all floors. Phase two quickly followed, comprised of the ground floor reception lobby, and ninth floor common areas including the grand lobby, elevator lobby, management office, meeting rooms, mail room, restrooms and connecting corridors. SLH introduced a sophisticated neutral palette in the carpets and furnishings to diffuse the existing verde marble floors. Dark wood accents accentuate the refurbished mahogany paneling. New lighting and accessories highlight the building’s original bronze details.
